Reporting a price change

The most useful message you can send us. If a provider has changed what it charges, tell us which company, which medication and what you were quoted — a screenshot of the checkout screen is ideal. We recheck and update the page.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, we want to know. Point us at the specific claim and we will verify it and correct the page, noting the change.

Companies we cover

If you work for a provider we review and believe a figure is out of date, send the current published pricing and we will check it against your website. We will correct errors. We will not remove accurate findings, and we do not accept payment for placement.

What we cannot help with

We cannot answer medical questions, advise on dosing, or help with an order placed through another company. For anything clinical, contact the prescriber who wrote your prescription. If you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
