Why you can trust this: we take payment from one company on this page — Coreage Rx — when a reader signs up through our link. It does not change the prices we print or the rubric we score against, both of which are published in full on how we rate. Read our full disclosure.
At $99 a month on the annual plan, Coreage Rx has the lowest advertised compounded semaglutide price in our comparison — and, far more unusually, it is also the lowest price once you have finished adding things up.
Eden advertises the same $99. Mochi advertises $99. Both then charge a membership that renews at $79 to $99 a month, which roughly doubles the real figure. Coreage Rx charges no membership, so $99 stays $99 on the annual plan and $149 month-to-month. That single structural difference is why it tops our semaglutide table.
What you will actually pay
| Semaglutide at Coreage Rx | |
|---|---|
| Advertised from | $99/mo |
| Ongoing medication | $149/mo |
| Membership or platform fee | None |
| True monthly cost | $149/mo |
| Roughly, over a year | $1,788 |
$99/month is the annual-plan rate. The absence of a membership fee is what keeps the effective cost close to the advertised one.
Run the year. Coreage Rx on the annual plan is roughly $1,188. Eden at $99 medication plus $99 membership is nearer $2,376 once the introductory month lapses. Mochi with the $79 membership lands around $2,136, less if you prepay twelve months. The medication is broadly comparable; what differs is the fee structure sitting on top of it.
How Coreage Rx works
Flat-rate telehealth program for compounded GLP-1s. The medication, the clinician visits and the ongoing check-ins are quoted as one number, with no separate membership billed alongside it.
The process is the same as the tirzepatide programme: an online health questionnaire, clinician review, then medication shipped with supplies. Semaglutide titrates from 0.25 mg upward over several months, and because pricing is flat across the dose range, the escalation does not cost you anything extra. Coaching is bundled rather than sold as an add-on.
The facts we verified
- Compounded tirzepatide advertised from $149/month on the annual plan, $199/month otherwise.
- Compounded semaglutide advertised from $99/month on the annual plan.
- A three-month tirzepatide block has been offered at $589 covering any dose up to 15 mg per week.
- Pricing is flat-rate: there is no separate monthly membership stacked on top of the medication price.
- Dose increases within the covered range do not change the price, which is unusual in this market.
- Health coaching is bundled rather than sold as an upgrade.
Every figure above was checked on 2026-09-18. Pricing in this market moves, so treat anything older than a month as a starting point rather than a quote.
Where it is strong
- The advertised price is the billed price — no membership fee arrives in month two.
- Flat pricing across the dose range, so titrating up to 10 mg or 15 mg does not raise the bill.
- Lowest true monthly cost of any provider in this comparison once fees are included.
- Coaching and clinician access are included rather than sold separately.
Where it falls short
- The headline rates require the annual commitment; month-to-month costs more.
- Compounded medication only, so there is no path to branded Zepbound or Wegovy inside the program.
- Insurance is not billed — this is a cash-pay program.
The thing most people miss
The $99 and $149 rates are annual-plan prices. If you want month-to-month, budget $149 and $199 instead, and check the refund terms before prepaying a year.
How it scored
Coreage Rx scores 4.5 out of 5 on our published rubric, placing it 1 of 9 for semaglutide. The weights are fixed before we look at any provider and are set out in full on how we rate.
| What we weigh | Weight | Score |
|---|---|---|
| True monthly cost | 30% | 4.9 / 5 |
| Price honesty | 20% | 4.7 / 5 |
| Clinical support | 20% | 4.3 / 5 |
| Pharmacy sourcing | 15% | 4 / 5 |
| Cancelling | 15% | 4.4 / 5 |
Who it suits
Right for a cash payer who wants semaglutide rather than tirzepatide — often because the side effects are milder, or because the lower cost matters more than the extra few percentage points of weight loss. Wrong for anyone whose insurance would cover branded Wegovy, in which case a programme like LifeMD or Mochi that actually pursues coverage may leave you better off.
Our verdict
The cheapest honest price for compounded semaglutide in this group. Verify the annual terms and the refund policy before prepaying, but the arithmetic is not close.
